GUWAHATI, Dec 29 - In a bid to ensure better service delivery to the public, the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has been organising a series of training to enhance the capability of the staff in office procedure, court procedure, filing system, RTI-related matters and other modes of communication in its conference hall at Uzanbazar.
The first of its kind initiative was inaugurated by GMC Commissioner Ghanshyam Dass on December 18.
�The training programme, which is under way, has been appreciated by the general staff of the corporation,� Commissioner Dass stated in a press statement today.
