GUWAHATI, Aug 5 - Reiterating their demand for removing Gautam Roy and Bikash Baruah from the posts of president and secretary of the Assam Cricket Association (ACA) respectively, a group of former cricketers announced that they will stage a sit in demonstration on August 9.
In a press conference here today, former cricketers Dipak Das and Sazzad Zaheer Hussain said they will stage the sit in demonstration at the bank of the Dighalipukhuri.
The former cricketers also alleged that the ACA has violated the rules while alloting the construction works order of the Barsapara stadium.
