TURA, Oct 25 - An FIR has been filed against a police constable after he manhandled an accountant of the Public Health Centre (PHC) in Shallang, West Khasi Hills three nights back.
The incident happened at about 8.30 pm on Thursday when the policeman allegedly brought a person requiring medical care. Apparently angry over no one being at the reception counter, the constable got into a heated argument with the accountant and beat him up.
