GUWAHATI, Jan 26 � An FIR was lodged against a constable of the Bharalumukh Police Station for allegedly attacking one Rishikesh Das with an iron rod around 11.30 am
today. The incident took place near the Bharalumukh PS in the presence of the officer-in-charge himself who tried to intervene without success. The injured person was
taken to the hospital.
