GUWAHATI, March 20 - The All India FCI Inter-Zonal Hockey Tournament, organised by the FCI Zonal Sports Promotion Committee (NE), got off at the Maulana Md Tyabullah Hockey Stadium, Bhetapara here today.
AK Sinha, Executive Director, FCI NE Zone inaugurated the championship in the presence of senior FCI officials. Teams like FCI NE Zone, North Zone, South Zone, East Zone, West Zone and Headquarters will vie for the title in the league-cum-knock out meet.
The final of the championship is slated for March 24, stated a release.
