GUWAHATI, July 19 - The 33rd general body meeting of the Association of Engineers, ASEB, will be held here on July 20-21. Tomorrow, a technical session will be held at the Institution of Engineers auditorium, Panbazar. The second day�s programme will include an open session at the ITA Centre from 5 pm.
