GUWAHATI, April 4 - The Guwahati Senior Citizens� Association will felicitate Gauhati University Vice Chancellor Dr Mridul Hazarika on April 8 at 10.30 am at the Pensioners� Bhawan here for the distinction conferred on the University by the Human Resource and Development Ministry. Retired DGP of Assam Police Nishinath Changkakoti will also be felicitated for his services rendered as the chairman of Karunadhara, a trust dedicated for the uplift of the needy.
