IMPHAL, Oct 30 - United Naga Council (UNC) has announced a 10-day �Economic Blockade� on National Highways and a ban on construction of national and international projects including Trans Asian Railways from midnight of November 2 in protest against the passing of three anti-tribal Bills and two resolutions by Manipur Assembly.
