JALUKBARI, Aug 30 - Jalukbari police today arrested a drugs peddler, Rajib Ali (20), from Tetelia here along with 11 containers of suspected drugs from his possession. Police has launched a crackdown on drug addicts across Guwahati as the latter have created panic among women and elderly people by snatching away jewellery and other valuables in many parts of the city.
