TINSUKIA, Nov 15 - Acting on a tip off, a joint team of Makum Police and 68 Bn, CRPF, Tinsukia on Wednesday intercepted an Alto car proceeding from Digboi towards Makum and seized brown sugar. In this connection three persons namely Lakhi Neog of Bordumsa town, Tomba Ali of Miao, Arunachal Pradesh and Dipti Bora were arrested.
