UDALGURI, July 1 � Responding to the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Udalguri district administration has made preparations to observe Digital India Week from tomorrow. A meeting of District e-governance Society to this effect, was held on Tuesday at the DC�s conference hall with Sadhana Hojai, Deputy Commissioner in the chair.
The meeting discussed the future prospects of e-governance facilities in a backward district like Udalguri and decided to hold a series of awareness meets in selected places of district. Deba Pratim Bhuyan, e-district project manager of Udalguri district spoke about the agenda to be followed during the Digital India Week celebration in Udalguri district.
