New Delhi, June 11 (IANS): The Supreme Court on Friday issued a contempt notice to Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) for repeatedly blocking the national highway, connecting Siliguri with Gangtok, during the course of their agitation for a separate statehood.
