GUWAHATI, Aug 19 - Hanumat Aradhika Samittee, Guwahati, donated a cold coffin to Marwari Hospitals recently, a press release said.
The cold coffin was handed over to Sarat Kumar Jain, president of the hospital, and other office-bearers.
In view of the charitable nature of the organization, it has been decided that the coffin shall be put to use for preserving the dead bodies, without realizing any charges. �One only needs to contact the hospital and it will be provided free of cost with minimum formalities,� the release added.
