GUWAHATI, Oct 24 - Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has said the government has viewed seriously the growing traffic mishaps in the State and it has asked the IIT Guwahati to suggest ways in curbing such incidents, said an official press release here today.
�Our government has viewed seriously the rising incidents of road accidents taking place in different parts of the State leading to loss of scores of precious lives and has asked IIT Guwahati to come up with a comprehensive road traffic management plan to curb the menace,� the Chief Minister said.
