CM assures APOL mill revamp

RANGIYA, Aug 18 - Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal while briefing the media here at Dwipteswari Raas temple premises on Wednesday after attending a public meet organised in connection with launching of medicinal plantation drive under the MNREG scheme, assured revamp of the APOL mill located at Tulsibari near Rangiya which had to undergo a lot of problems for the past several years.

The chief minister also stated that his government would be keen to bring about educational upgradation of colleges besides repairing and renovation of roads to develop the system of communication here.

The chief minister also referred to the security threat from anti-national elements, for which his govt would take up all possible steps to fight them. Both the MLAs of Kamalpur and Rangiya LACs, Kamrup Deputy Commissioner B Sessan, SDO (C) Rangiya, senior citizens, local bodies and others were present on the occasion.
