GUWAHATI, Jan 3 � City Cricket Club gained full points with a three-wicket victory against New Star Club in a close match of the Guwahati Cricket Association�s A division cricket championship for the Madhab Ram Bora Trophy at the Nehru Stadium here today.
Opting to field first, City CC restricted New Star to 137 for nine in the stipulated 35 overs.
Later, with the help of Raj Baruah�s 48 and Ashok Talukdar�s 32, City reached the target in 34.3 overs losing seven wickets.
