AIZAWL, March 6 - Chapchar Kut, the biggest traditional festival of Mizoram, was celebrated across the State with cultural fervour and gaiety.
A grand celebration was held at Sipai Lammual (Assam Rifles ground) here with Chief Minister Zoramthanga attending the event as �Kut Pa� (father of the festival).
The State Government declared a government holiday today to allow people to participate in the festivities.
