GUWAHATI, Feb 3 - A case has been filed against unidentified RPF personnel for allegedly stealing gold from a train passenger at the Guwahati Railway Station.
Sources said today that the incident took place on January 17 when one Suresh Kumar was on his way to Faridabad by the Dibrugarh-Delhi Rajdhani Express. When the train halted at Guwahati Railway Station, some RPF personnel checked his baggage inside the coach.
In the FIR filed with GRP on January 30, Kumar alleged that some gold, which was in his bag, was missing after the check. Investigation is on.
