DERGAON, March 20 - A ten-day career awareness camp began at Joya Gogoi College of Khumtai on Sunday.
The camp has been organised under the aegis of the Career Counselling Cell of the college. It was inaugurated by the Vice-Principal of the College Dr Golap Bora and moderated by the Convener of the Cell, Dr Ananta Kumar Gogoi.
Taking part as resource person, guest faculty of Gauhati University Ajoy Kumar Bhandari highlighted different aspects of bank, insurance, competitive examinations of State as well as Union Public Service Commission etc. The convenor revealed that the camp would be held on Saturday and Sunday for ten days where different resource persons from colleges, Government departments as well as private institutes will impart training to the participants.
