DIBRUGARH, Jan 5 - The Dibrugarh Town Mising Kebang, has demanded that a centre for Mising Language Studies be opened in the Dibrugarh University.
The demand was raised by the committee on Friday evening when the Governor of the State who is also the Chancellor of Dibrugarh University, PB Acharya was in the campus. A team of office bearers of the Dibrugarh Town Mising Kebang had a discussion with Chancellor, who was accompanied by Prof Bhim Kanta Baruah, who is also a director the the university�s Language Studies Centre.
