IMPHAL, March 15 - Dr Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister of Science & Technology and Earth Sciences, inaugurated the Technology Business Incubation Centre (TBIC) at the Institute of Bio-resources and Sustainable Development (IBSD), a national institute of the Department of Biotechnology here today.
Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister said the centre would nurture new and small biotechnology-based enterprises and help unemployed and educated youths of the North East to develop their businesses in the early stages. The Union minister said the initiative is in line with the Prime Minister�s vision of the region as a natural economic zone.
