GUWAHATI, April 26 - The 2562nd Buddha Purnima Utsav will be celebrated at Guwahati Buddha Vihar, Railway Colony, Bamunimaidan, on April 29.
The day�s proceedings include prabhat pheri, hoisting of Buddhist flag, Buddha Puja and acceptance of Pancha Sila, Dharma Sabha and a cultural programme, a press release said.
The next day, there will be a fruit distribution event for patients of Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute (BBCI), the press release added.
