NILAMBAZAR, Sept 23 - A flag meeting between the Border Guards of Bangladesh (BGB) and Border Security Force (BSF) was held at Prashanti Lodge in Karimganj on Wednesday.
The major issue of the unfenced riverine border at Kushiara from Sharisha to Dewpur was raised by BSF in the meeting.
Earlier, both the BSF and BGB high officials inspected the unfenced riverine border by machine boat.
Anisujjaman, Sector Commandant of BGB Sylhet Sector and Sofiul Hoque, Staff Officer, BGB led their 20 high officials, while OP Tripati, DIG, BSF, Silchar Sector, Lokesh Kumar, Commandant, 133Bn BSF, were also present, among others.
