Imphal, Jan 27 (IANS): A blast rocked this Manipur Capital today, a day before the Assembly polls. One person was injured.
The blast took place at Thangmeiban Iikamdewan Leiki locality around 11.15 am, police said. An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was triggered by a remote device.
