GUWAHATI, Oct 3 - A cheque distribution programme for the rank holders of HSLC, High Madrassa and HS exams 2016 was formally launched today by the BJYM, Assam Pradesh.
Rank holders will get a cheque of Rs 7,000 each by the festive season of Durga Puja. It needs to be mentioned that this programme has been launched in keeping with a commitment made by Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal during a felicitation ceremony of rank holders that was organised in July by BJYM.
A total of 291 cheques will be presented.
