NORTH GUWAHATI, June 5 - Amid much enthusiasm of the devotees and the common people, the 59th birthday of Satradhikar of the Auniati Satra, Dr Pitambar Deva Goswami was celebrated at the auditorium of the Satra on June 2.
The learned author and exponent of Satriya culture, Goswami started his speech after felicitating 59 eminent persons on the occasion. He narrated how a human being came to the earthly abode after passing 84 lakh lives as non-humans through their parents and it is the Almighty God who is their real father.
