Bike rally to commemorate Wildlife Week

DIMAPUR, Oct 8 - Twenty-three bikers took part in a rally organised in commemoration of Wildlife Week being observed from October 2 to 8 by Nagaland Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and Nagaland Motorcycle Club on Thursday. The rally began in Dimapur and culminated at Kohima War Cemetery where a short programme was held.

Addressing the bikers, Nagaland Principal Chief Conservator of Forest and Head of Forest Force I Panger Jamir said climate change has become a reality, affecting our environment directly or indirectly.
