SILCHAR, Feb 2: A fire caused massive damage in Badarpur on Saturday. However, no casualty has been reported so far.
According to reports, the fire broke out at a bamboo hut near a mosque around 5 am and swept across the vicinity.
Sources said that at least five houses have been gutted in the fire.
Fire fighters along with locals rushed to the spot to bring the fire under control.
