GUWAHATI, Feb 12 - The Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) conducted its 3rd Annual Sports and Cultural Meet from February 4 to 7 at the NEMCARE Group of Institutions playground, Mirza.
Affiliated colleges of ASTU participated in various sports events organised for boys and girls like football, volleyball, kabaddi, tug of war, shot put, discus throw and 100m sprint, among others.
The prize distribution ceremony was held on February 7 where Vice Chancellor Prof Dhiraj Bora, Registrar Dr Nripen Das, Prof Anup Gogoi and Prof AK Barwa handed the trophies to the medal winners, stated a release.
