DIMAPUR, March 16 - Nagaland Governor PB Acharya launched the �My Northeast App� at St Joseph College, Jakhama, today. The app is an up-to-date network of services with all the latest news on jobs, education and infotainment.
Launching the app, Acharya said empowerment by education is a necessity for development of a country.
