GUWAHATI, Feb 16 - Babul Das, a personnel of the 10th Assam Police Battalion was found hanging inside a latrine at the Chief Minister�s residence, Brahmaputra State Guest House, here on Sunday morning. Sources said he was suffering from multiple diseases for many days.
