GUWAHATI, July 16 - Anurag Talukdar and Leimapokpam Diana Devi emerged champions in the U-15 boys and girls category respectively of the PNB Metlife Jr Badminton Championship at the Kanaklata Indoor Stadium here today.
In the boys singles event, Anurag defeated Ayushman Saikia 15-13, 15-14 while in the girls singles, Diana Devi won the final by defeating Krishika Kashyap 15-12, 15-7.
Earlier, the tournament started on July 14 where as many as 404 shuttlers from across the city participated. The Guwahati leg of Season 4 of the tournament concluded today, stated a release.
