AG Bengal to meet Odisha in final

GUWAHATI, Feb 19: AG Bengal will take on AG Odisha for the title in the IA and AD East Zone Cricket Tournament.

In two semifinals played today at the Judges� Field, Bengal trounced Bihar by eight wickets while at the ACA Stadium in Barsapara, Odisha defeated Assam by 42 runs.

Bengal restricted Bihar for 84 in 18.1 overs and hit the winning run in 9.5 overs losing two wickets.

Odisha scored 175 for five in the allotted 20 overs and restricted Assam for 133 for eight to win the match by 42 runs.

The final will be played at the ACA Stadium tomorrow.
