GUWAHATI, June 13 - Socio-cultural organisation Jyotirupa today condoled the death of the father of mobile theatre in Assam Achyut Lahkar.
�A pioneering actor, director and producer, he was a doyen of the cultural world of Assam. His demise has left a void that can never be filled up. All the office-bearers of Jyotirupa, including its president PG Baruah and general secretary Naren Hazarika mourned the death of Achyut Lahkar and conveyed their sympathies to the bereaved family,� a statement said.
