GUWAHATI, May 10 � Members of the All Assam Students� Union (AASU) today staged a Statewide protest, flaying the Assam State Electricity Board (ASEB) and the State Government over the rapidly deteriorating power scenario.
Noting that the power failure had hit among others the student community extremely hard, the AASU said that the developments had laid bare the total lack of preparedness on the part of the State Government to tackle the emerging situation.
