DHUBRI, Dec 10: At least five militants have been arrested in Dhubri district today.
Official sources said three ULFA ultras were arrested in a joint operation by the army and police at Golakganj. One 12 bore shot gun, a grenade and some amount of cash in dollars were recovered from them.
In another operation, the army and police arrested two Muslim United Liberation Tigers of Assam (MULTA) in Dahalagutipara village.
One pistol was recovered from them.
All the arrested ultras are being interrogated. PTI
