ITANAGAR, June 4 - A four-year-old girl was burnt to death after her house caught fire at Basar in West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh this morning.
The girl Kristina Yasak Tati was alone in the kutcha house, which was locked from outside, at Medical Colony, Basar when the fire broke out at around 6.30 am and engulfed the house in no time. The victim�s mother was away in the agricultural field.
Chief Minister Kalikho Pul has announced an ex-gratia relief of Rs 4 lakh to the next of kin of the deceased and Rs 1,01,900 to the affected house owner as per relief norms.
