3 more test positive at Jorhat

JORHAT, May 29 - Three persons, one each from Tinsukia, Sivasagar and Majuli districts, have tested positive for COVID-19 as results of the tests done at JMCH came out today.

According to Jorhat Deputy Commissioner Roshni A Korati, the COVID-19 positive patients have been identified as Diganta Gogoi (27) from Tinsukia, Suraj Thapa (23) from Sivasagar and Joseph Pagag from Majuli.

The Deputy Commissioner also informed that all the three persons came into contact with earlier positive patients and were quarantined in Jorhat even after their first test results were found negative. Korati said there are 11 positive cases in Jorhat now.
