JORHAT, Jan 28 � Debangana Borkotoky of Jorhat, Alok Tripathy of Guwahati and Jishnu Baruah of Guwahati won double crown in the 23rd Jorhat Open Tennis Tournament which concluded here at Jorhat Tennis Club today.
Prior to the prize distribution ceremony, the death of veteran sports organiser Nripendra Narayan Singha, was condoled.
