SILCHAR, Feb 20 - Two under-trial prisoners, including a Bangladeshi infiltrator have fled from Karimganj jail.
Karimganj SP Kumar Sanjit Krishna informed the The Assam Tribune that the incident happened on Wednesday midnight when the two prisoners jumped out of the jail premises and fled from the spot.
The prisoners have been identified as Samsul Islam and Nasim Ahmed. Samsul hails from MoulabiBazar district of Bangladesh and Nasim is a resident of Badarpur.
