JORABAT, Feb 27 - Two battery thieves were caught by public while they were stealing batteries from parked trucks here this morning.
The thieves, both minors, were being assaulted by the public when Byrnihat Police reached the spot and took custody of the minors.
Since last few months it was reported that batteries have been stolen from stationary trucks and four wheelers.
