GUWAHATI, Sept 30 - The Guwahati Senior Citizens� Association will observe World Elders� Day tomorrow at Pensioners� Bhawan, Chandmari here at 10.30 am.
On the occasion, the association will felicitate noted intellectual and prolific writer Dr Hiren Gohain and former Marxist legislator Hemen Das in recognition of their illustrious services for the cause of the State.
The meeting to be held on the occasion will be presided over by journalist DN Chakravartty.
