SILCHAR, Aug 2 - Sensation prevailed in Kanakpur part 1 near Nagatilla area of the city after a 22-year-old housewife was found hanging on the ceiling of their house on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Dipali Das, wife of Munna Das, a cart puller.
Ratna Talukdar, a neighbour said that Munna called her to inform about the incident and left the place. �Munna regarded me as his sister. In the wee hours on Tuesday, Munna came to my residence and informed that his wife has hung herself,� Ratna informed.
On the other hand, Gopal Seal, father of the deceased informed that his daughter was married to Munna, a resident of Dullabchorra three months ago.
