GUWAHATI, April 6 - The Kamrup (M) district administration is going to start sale of vegetables at 82 designated places across the city from Wednesday, a statement said.
In these designated places public could purchase vegetables between 9 am and 2 pm following the social-distancing norms. It will be a mobile selling initiative to be implemented by the Assam State Agricultural Marketing Board under the aegis of the Food and Civil Supply department of the district.
It is noteworthy that depending upon the customers� demand, the number of designated place may increase in the coming days.
