Two from Manipur crack UPSC exam

IMPHAL, Aug 4 - Two youths from Manipur have cracked the prestigious Civil Services Examination, 2019, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

Nongjai Mohd Ali Akram Shah, the youngest son of (L) Ali Azhar Shah and Mohtrama Safina Shah, and a resident of Kshetrigao in Imphal East district, secured the 188th rank, while his colleague, Parikshit Thoudam, son of Somorando and Premabati, and a resident of Uripok in Imphal, bagged the 373rd rank.

Congratulating the successful candidates, Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh today tweeted: �Congratulations to Nongjai Mohd Ali of Khetrigao and Parikshit Thoudam of Uripok on their success in the UPSC Civil Services Examinations 2019, respectively. I wish them the very best in all their future endeavours.�
