GUWAHATI, Dec 25 � Bhagawati Ladia Foundation and Kalyan Ashram, Assam, Nagar Mahila Samiti (MANAS), Guwahati, for the first time in the North East region, are jointly organising a traditional dress competition at the Assam Engineering Institute field, Chandmari during the 15th North East Book Fair on January 3. Children in the age group 6 to 12 years can take part in the competition. The competition will commence from 11 am on January 3. This was stated in a press release issued by Sunita Ladia, secretary, Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram Assam.
