IMPHAL, May 18 - Chances are high for Karnataka to enter the semifinals of the ongoing 6th Hockey India Sub-Junior Men�s National Championship Division A after they defeated Maharashtra 5-3 in their pool D league match at the Khuman Lampak sports complex here today. Host Manipur had already secured their place in the semifinals after they defeated Uttar Pradesh 4-3 on Tuesday. In a pool B match, Chandigarh thrashed Tamil Nadu 11-0 while Odisha trounced Andhra Pradesh 16-1 in their pool C match. Madhya Pradesh beat Delhi 6-0 in another pool C match.
