GUWAHATI, April 21 - Silchar stormed into the semifinals of the 11th Veteran Inter District and Inter Institution Invitational T20 Cricket Tournament defeating Jorhat by 16 runs in the fourth quarterfinal at the Mangaldai College playground today.
Put in to bat, Silchar scored 133 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Jorhat could only manage 117 runs for the loss of seven wickets in their stipulated overs.
