GUWAHATI, April 30 - The 32nd foundation day of Shishu Sarothi, a leading NGO working in the field of rehabilitation and protection of the rights of children and persons with disabilities in the North East, will be observed tomorrow on its premises on Ramkrishna Mission Road, Birubari from 11 am to 8.30 pm.
