GUWAHATI, Nov 11 - Shrimanta Shankar Academy (SSA) and Noonmati Public School registered victories in their respective matches of the T20 Abdul Ali Memorial Inter School Cricket Tournament being organised by the River Rine Cricket Coaching Centre at the Latasil playground here today.

In the first match of the day, SSA defeated DPS Guwahati by five wickets while in the second encounter, Noonmati Public School thrashed Little Flower School by nine wickets.

Earlier, in the opening match yesterday, Modern English School (Geetanagar, 138/2) outplayed their Kahilipara counterparts (82) by 56 runs.

Brief scores: DPS, Guwahati 134/5 (Adwait Bajoria 29, Yuvraj Tiwari 26; Anmol Gohain Baruah 2/14). SSA 137/5�in 19.3 overs (Anmol Gohain Baruah 36, Angshuman Katoni 18).

Little Flower 94 (Zayed Khan 22; Devraj Sarma 3/16, Ujjal Deka 2/11). Noonmati Public 96/1 (Manash Deka 45, S Tushar Roy 22).
